“Photography is a way of feeling, of touching, of loving. What you have caught on film is captured forever… it remembers little things, long after you have forgotten everything.”
At just 11 years old, I followed my dad around as he went from baseball game to baseball game, capturing the portraits of little players on one knee. Something fascinated me about the camera and its complicated settings, and its ability to capture a moment in time. He taught me about the mechanics, and even paid me to “cover” a game or two for him. My dad also let me keep that camera on all my student travels to Europe and across 35 states as I played around, taking pictures of all I saw.
Although photography was a passion, my love for children lured me into a teaching career of elementary age children, where I learned the value of getting kids on your side and making them laugh. Two very valuable lessons I use every day at Bosh Images!
Noel’s playful style brings out the joyful nature of children, and captures their spirit of joy. Her goal is to create images that speak to the spirit of the child and connection of family.
